How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel your Huel US subscription, when you can self-cancel through your account, what to do if your order has already been processed, and what happens after cancellation.

You can cancel your Huel subscription at any time through your Huel account — but self-cancellation only works for future orders that haven't been charged yet. If your order has already been processed, you'll need help from the Huel team.

If your next Huel subscription order hasn't been processed yet

  1. Log into your Huel account at huel.com

  2. Go to My Subscriptions

  3. Select the Huel subscription you'd like to cancel

  4. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted


If your Huel subscription order has already been charged or processed

Huel subscription orders that have already been charged or have entered the fulfillment system cannot be cancelled through your account. Say "talk to a human" and a Huel specialist will investigate — depending on which stage your Huel order is at, the team may be able to stop it before it ships.


Important to know

  • Cancelling your Huel subscription stops all future subscription orders, but does not delete your Huel account

  • You can still place one-off Huel orders at any time after cancelling your subscription

  • If you change your mind, you can restart your Huel subscription by creating a new one from your account

  • Once a Huel order has shipped, our team can help you arrange a return instead
