Will I receive a subscription reminder email? Yes — we send a reminder email 3 days before your subscription order is processed. This gives you time to make any changes before the charge goes through.

Email details

  • Subject line: "Your next Huel order will be processed on…"

  • Sent to the email address linked to your Huel account

  • Sent 3 days before your order processes

To make sure you receive it

  • Check your spam or junk folder — reminder emails sometimes get filtered.

  • Add Huel emails to your safe sender list or email whitelist to guarantee delivery.

Didn't receive your reminder?

If you haven't received it:

  • Wait 24 hours — sometimes there's a slight delay in delivery.

  • Check all email accounts linked to your Huel account (work email, personal email, etc.).

  • Verify the email address in your account is correct by logging in and checking your profile.
