It's not possible to turn off Huel subscription reminder emails.
Why?
Reminder emails are classed as transactional emails, not marketing. We send them 3 days before your Huel subscription processes so you have time to make changes (skip, reschedule, update products, or cancel) before you're charged.
What you can control
You can update your marketing preferences in your Huel account if you'd like to stop receiving promotional emails. But transactional emails (like order confirmations, shipping notifications, and Huel subscription reminders) cannot be switched off.
Tip
If you'd like fewer reminders overall, consider adjusting your Huel subscription frequency or skipping deliveries in advance.
