• We send them 3 days before your subscription processes so you have time to make changes (skip, reschedule, update products, or cancel) before you’re charged.

• You can update your marketing preferences in your account if you’d like to stop receiving promotional emails.
• But transactional emails (like order confirmations, shipping notifications, and subscription reminders) cannot be switched off.
