We no longer offer a pause option on Huel subscriptions. Instead, you can skip upcoming Huel subscription orders and adjust your delivery dates directly in your Huel account — this gives you full control over when your Huel subscription orders arrive.
What skipping means
Skipping delays your next Huel subscription order without cancelling your Huel subscription. Your subscription remains active, and you can resume normal deliveries whenever you're ready.
How to skip or reschedule your Huel subscription orders
1. Log into your Huel account
Go to huel.com/login and enter your credentials.
2. Go to My Subscriptions
Once logged in, select My Subscriptions from your account menu.
3. Select Manage Subscription
Find the Huel subscription you want to adjust and click Manage Subscription.
4. Skip or reschedule your next orders
You'll see your upcoming Huel subscription order dates. You can:
Skip your next delivery — delay that Huel subscription order by one cycle
Edit order dates — reschedule the dates for your next three Huel subscription orders to fit your schedule
Important to know about skipping your Huel subscription orders
Skipping doesn't cancel — Your Huel subscription stays active; you're just delaying that Huel subscription order.
You control the schedule — Reschedule the dates for your next three Huel subscription orders based on your availability.
Changes only apply to future orders — If a Huel subscription order is already being processed or has already shipped, you cannot skip or edit it.
