I didn’t receive the free t-shirt, what do I do?

Didn't receive your free Huel t-shirt? The four most common reasons: size not selected at checkout, not a first order, order didn't meet eligibility criteria, or returning customer.

Free t-shirts are included with eligible first-time orders. If yours didn't arrive, here are the most common reasons why:

You didn't select a size or color

The t-shirt must be actively selected at checkout — it isn't added automatically. If no size or color was chosen, it won't be included. Check your order confirmation email to see whether it appeared on the order.

This wasn't your first order

Free t-shirts are only available to first-time customers on their first eligible order. If you've previously ordered from Huel — even a different product line — you won't be eligible again.

Your order wasn't eligible

To qualify, your order must include a minimum of one of the following:

  • 2 pouches of Powder, 2 tubes of Complete Protein, or 2 boxes of Huel bars or RTD

  • 1 pouch of Daily Greens or Superblend

  • 3 pouches of Hot & Savory or 2 boxes of Hot & Savory Pots

  • A Bestseller or BYO bundle

The system recognized you as a returning customer

If you placed a previous order and the t-shirt wasn't included at that time, the promotion won't carry over to a new order. It's tied to your first eligible purchase only.
