It is worth noting there could be four reasons why you haven’t received your free t-shirt:
Not selected. You didn’t select a size or color and so it wasn’t added to your order. Please check your order confirmation email and if this is right.
Not selected with your first order/removed from your second order. Our system recognized you as a returning customer, therefore, the t-shirt was removed from your order. If you forgot to add the free t-shirt with your first order.
Not eligible. You are only eligible for the free t-shirt if your order is a minimum of 2 pouches of Powder, 2 tubes of Complete Protein, 2 boxes of Huel bars/RTD, 1 pouch of Huel Greens/Superblend, 3 pouches of Hot & Savory Pouches, 2 boxes of Hot & Savory Pots or if you order a Bestseller or BYO bundle.
Not your First order. Free shirts are only available to first-time customers/first-time orders. If this is not your first order or if this is your first order from a different Huel Product range then you will not be eligible to receive your free shirt.
