Check your tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest updates.
It may show if your parcel has been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Look for delivery notices
Check if a card or notification has been left by the courier.
If you live in an apartment, office building, or shared space, check with your front desk, leasing officer, landlord, or mail room.

If your package hasn't arrived after following the steps above, say the word within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll connect you with a specialist who will investigate with the courier using your order number.

If we're contacted outside the 7-day window, it may not be possible to recover costs from the courier.
