  1. Check your tracking

  • Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest updates.

  • It may show if your parcel has been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

  1. Look for delivery notices

  • Check if a card or notification has been left by the courier.

  • If you live in an apartment, office building, or shared space, check with your front desk, leasing officer, landlord, or mail room.

  1. Still missing?

  • If your package hasn't arrived after following the steps above, say the word within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll connect you with a specialist who will investigate with the courier using your order number.

Important to know

  • If we're contacted outside the 7-day window, it may not be possible to recover costs from the courier.

  • Large orders may arrive in multiple packages β€” check your tracking links in case some are still on their way.
