Expired cards: refunds are sent to the original bank account linked to the card

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for the order.
The destination of a refund cannot be changed after processing.
A confirmation email is sent once the refund has been issued.
If the refund has not been received:
Wait at least 10 business days after the confirmation email.
