Refunds for a Huel order can only be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. This article applies to customers in the United States.
Why Huel refunds are sent to the original payment method:
Returning funds to the original payment method ensures refunds are processed securely.
Payment providers do not allow refunds to be redirected to a different card, bank account, or digital wallet (such as PayPal or Apple Pay).
What happens if the original card has expired:
The refund will still be sent to the bank account linked to the expired card.
The bank will route the funds to the correct account automatically.
What happens if the bank account is closed:
Contact the bank or payment provider directly.
Request assistance locating and transferring the refunded funds.
In most cases, the bank or provider can still recover the payment.
If the refund has not been received:
Wait up to 10 business days after the refund confirmation.
Check the original payment method and recent transactions carefully.
Contact the bank or payment provider if the refund is not visible.
