I haven't received a refund, what should i do?

If a Huel refund has not been received yet, there are several checks you can make. This article applies to customers in the United States.

What to check if a Huel refund is missing:

1. Processing time

  • After a Huel refund is processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear in the account.

  • The exact timing depends on the bank or payment provider.

2. Original payment method

  • Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for the Huel order.

  • If the card used has expired, the refund will still be sent to the bank account linked to that card.

3. PayPal or Apple Pay refunds

  • Refunds may appear faster with PayPal or Apple Pay, but can still take up to 10 business days.

4. Bank or provider transaction view

  • Check recent transactions carefully.

  • Some banks show refunds as adjustments to the original charge rather than a separate credit.

If the Huel refund is still not received after 10 business days:

  1. Contact the bank or payment provider and provide the refund reference if available.

  2. Confirm whether the refund is pending or processed on their side.

  3. Have the Huel order number ready.

  4. Share the issue with Huel support so the refund can be investigated further.
