My sub is failing to process - what should I do?

If your Huel subscription is failing to process, it's usually due to a payment issue. Here are some steps to fix it:

1. Check your payment method

  • Make sure your card details are up to date and valid.

  • Update or add a new card under Payment Methods in your Huel account at https://www.huel.com/account/login.

  • If you're using PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, check those accounts are active and funded.

2. Confirm your billing address

  • Ensure your billing address matches exactly the one registered with your bank or payment provider.

3. Check with your bank

  • Occasionally, banks block recurring Huel subscription payments for security reasons.

  • Contact your bank to confirm they're allowing your Huel subscription payment to go through.

What happens next

  • If your Huel subscription payment fails, our system will automatically retry the next day.
