How to change or remove items in your Huel subscription order, including when you can make changes and what happens if your order has already shipped.

It depends on whether your order is a one-time Huel order or a Huel subscription order.

One-time Huel Orders

Our fulfillment team works quickly, so once your Huel order is placed it's too late to make changes. If your Huel order has already been picked, packed, or shipped, we won't be able to update it.

Alternative Solutions for One-time Orders

If you realize you need additional items after placing an order, here are your options:

  1. Place a Separate Order: You can place a new order for the additional items. In some cases, Huel may refund the shipping cost for the second order if applicable.

  2. Cancel and Reorder: If your order has not yet entered the picking and packing stage, you may cancel it and create a new order that includes all desired items. Additionally, orders cannot be modified to add items to reach the free shipping threshold or change the order contents due to the quick processing time involved. If you need additional products, you will need to place a separate order.

Huel Subscription Orders

You can update your Huel subscription items anytime before your next renewal. Here's exactly how to edit or remove subscription items:

  1. Log into your Huel Account at huel.com

  2. Go to My Subscriptions

  3. Click Manage Subscription

  4. Find the Huel product you want to change

  5. Click the Edit button next to that product

  6. To reduce the quantity, click the minus button (βˆ’) to lower the number down to zero

  7. Click the Remove from Subscription button to confirm the removal

  8. Your changes will apply to your next renewal

To change flavours or quantities without removing the product entirely, use the Edit button and adjust the numbers, then click Save.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your Huel order has already shipped and you don't want some of the items, you can return them once they arrive. See our Delivery Questions page for how Huel returns work. If you decide you no longer need certain items after receiving your order, you can return them following Huel's standard returns process. This provides flexibility for customers who may change their minds after receiving their order.
