What happens to my Huel+ points if I cancel or return an order?

If you cancel or return your Huel order, the Huel+ points you earned from that purchase will be adjusted.


How it works

Points from cancelled or refunded Huel orders are removed from your balance. If your Huel order was only partially refunded, points will be adjusted based on the final amount spent.


Pending points

Points show as pending for 4 days after your Huel order is placed. If your order is cancelled or refunded during this time, those points will never move to your available balance.


Important to know

  • Once Huel+ points are deducted, they cannot be reinstated unless the cancellation or refund was an error

  • If you've already redeemed a reward using points from an order that's later refunded, we may adjust your Huel+ points balance to correct it
