Huel+ points are linked to a single Huel account and cannot be combined or transferred. This article applies to customers in the United States.
Combining Huel+ points:
Huel+ points from different accounts cannot be merged into one balance.
Each Huel account earns and redeems Huel+ points separately.
Transferring Huel+ points:
Huel+ points are non-transferable.
Points can only be used by the account holder and cannot be shared, gifted, or moved to another account.
If Huel+ points appear incorrect:
Review the Huel+ points balance in the account.
Check recent orders and activity linked to the Huel account.
Share the issue with Huel support so the account can be reviewed.
Manage Huel+ points and rewards:
Log in to your Huel account: https://www.huel.com/account/login
Go to “Account Overview” and open the Huel+ section to view points and rewards.
