If a Huel medical discount code was not applied to an order, the available options depend on whether the order was a one-time purchase or a subscription (recurring order). This article applies to customers in the United States.
For one-time Huel orders:
Huel discount codes cannot be applied after a one-time order has been placed.
The Huel medical discount code will still be valid for the next order, so it can be used at checkout next time.
For Huel subscription orders:
A Huel medical discount code can be added to future subscription renewals.
Log in to your Huel account: https://www.huel.com/account/login
Click “Account Overview.”
Select “Edit Delivery” for the active subscription.
Click “Add a Discount Code.”
Enter the medical discount code and save the changes.
The discount will then apply automatically to all eligible future subscription deliveries.
If a medical discount code was missed on a recent subscription order:
Check the order status in your Huel account.
Gather the order details for review.
Share the request with Huel support to see if any adjustment is possible.
