If a Huel medical discount code has expired, a new code must be requested to continue receiving the discount. This article applies to customers in the United States.
How Huel medical discount codes work:
Huel medical discount codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Once expired, the discount code cannot be reactivated.
How to get a new Huel medical discount code:
Reapply using the “Claim your medical discount” option.
Complete the verification process through Beans ID (verification service).
If eligibility is confirmed, a new discount code will be issued.
Updating a Huel subscription with a new medical discount code:
If a Huel medical discount code expires while attached to a subscription (recurring order), the discount will no longer apply to future renewals.
Log in to your Huel account: https://www.huel.com/account/login
Click “Account Overview.”
Select “Edit Delivery” for the active subscription.
Click “Add a Discount Code.”
Enter the new medical discount code and save the changes.
If a new medical discount code has not been received after reapplying:
Confirm that the Beans ID verification process is complete.
Check email inbox and spam folders for the new code.
