If a Huel Military discount code was not applied to an order, the available options depend on whether the order was a one-time purchase or a subscription (recurring order). This article applies to customers in the United States.
For one-time Huel orders:
Discount codes cannot be added after a Huel order has been placed.
The Military discount code can still be used on the next Huel order at checkout.
For Huel subscription orders:
A Military discount code can be added to future subscription renewals.
Log in to your Huel account: https://www.huel.com/account/login
Click “Account Overview.”
Select “Edit Delivery” for the active subscription.
Click “Add a Discount Code.”
Enter the Military discount code and save the changes.
The discount will then apply automatically to all eligible future subscription deliveries.
If a Military discount code was missed on a recent subscription order:
Check the order status in your Huel account.
Gather the order details for review.
Share the request with Huel support to see if any adjustment is possible.
