I haven't received my account verification email, what should I do?

If a Huel account verification or activation email has not been received, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue. This article applies to customers in the United States.

How to find a missing Huel verification email:

1. Check email inbox settings

  • Look in the spam or junk folder, as Huel emails may be filtered there.

  • Search for emails from us@help.huel.com in your inbox.

  • Add this sender to your safe sender list to ensure future emails are delivered.

2. Confirm the email address used for the Huel account

  • Make sure the email address entered during sign-up is correct.

  • Even a small typo can prevent the verification email from being delivered.

3. If the verification email is still missing

  1. Double-check all folders in your email account.

  2. Confirm the correct email address was used during registration.

  3. Request another verification email from the Huel account login page.
