I can’t log in to my account, what do I do?

If you can't log in to your Huel account, there are several common reasons to check.


1. Wrong regional store selected

Each Huel store (US, UK, EU) is separate. If you log in to the wrong region, your Huel subscription won't appear. Use the country selector (flag icon at the top or bottom of the website) to switch to the US store.


2. Huel account not linked to the order

If your Huel order was placed as a guest, the Huel account may not have been created. Create a Huel account using the same email address used at checkout to access your subscription.


3. Multiple Huel accounts exist

Multiple accounts may have been created using different email addresses (for example: personal and work emails). Make sure you are logging in with the same email address used for your Huel subscription.


If you still can't log in

  1. Confirm the correct email address and region are being used

  2. Try logging in again to huel.com/login

  3. Have your Huel order number ready for reference

  4. Say "talk to a human" so your login issue can be investigated and your Huel subscription can be located and linked
