How to send your test material to the laboratory
This information applies to laboratory tests.
Use the included prepaid UPS envelope to return your sample to the laboratory.
Place the test material in the envelope and seal the bag securely.
You can then choose one of the following options:
Drop off the envelope at your nearest UPS drop-off location
Book a UPS pickup if you live far from a drop-off point

Please note that the envelopes may come in different colors, depending on which test kit you have ordered.
Shipping label and tracking
This is what the shipping label looks like on the envelope.
💡 If you note the number listed under “UPS Standard”, you can track the sample on its way to the logistics center.
SMS updates
Once you have sent in your sample, we will keep you updated throughout the process:
You will receive an SMS when we have received and scanned your envelope
You will receive another SMS when your results are ready and available
If any issues arise with the test material during the process, we will contact you directly
Can I send the sample using my own delivery service?
No. The sample must be sent using the included prepaid UPS envelope.
If another delivery method is used, we cannot guarantee that the sample will be delivered correctly or analyzed at the laboratory.
