Only use the return envelope provided in your kit.
Do not pay for postage yourself – we cannot guarantee that the sample will be delivered properly otherwise.If you are returning more than one laboratory test
If you are returning samples for multiple laboratory tests, please keep each test separate.
Please ask for and keep your proof of postage when dropping off your sample. This helps both you and us confirm that your sample was successfully handed in.

Different tests may be analysed by different laboratories or departments. If a sample is sent to the wrong department, it may not be possible to forward it and the sample may have to be discarded.

Keeping each test kit and its corresponding return envelope together helps ensure your samples are delivered to the correct laboratory for analysis.

Your sample is sent to our logistics center in London, England before being forwarded to the laboratory for analysis.

Sweden
