First navigate to the relevant day using the Timeline bars at the top of your Journal.
If the task was recorded on a previous week, tap on Edit it.
Scroll down to the relevant day, then tap on the relevant action button (Planting, Watering, Tending or Harvesting).
Search for the plant or variety you need to remove, then tap on it to remove it.
Tap Next, then Done.
