First navigate to the relevant day using the Timeline bars at the top of your Journal.
If the task was recorded on a previous week, click on Edit It.
Scroll down to the relevant day, then click on the relevant action button (Planting, Watering, Tending or Harvesting).
Search for the plant or variety you need to remove, then click on it to remove it.
Click Next, then Done.
