You can use the Shape tools to represent your in-ground beds. To open the Shapes selector, tap on the Shapes button on the Drawing toolbar at the bottom of your plan. Choose the color, shape, and line width you want to use, then tap on your plan where you want your bed to be.

Tap on and drag the shape's corner handles to pull it out to the size you need.
