You can talk to our real live customer services team using the Live Chat icon at the top of your screen in the Garden Planner.
Once you're finishing chatting to us, or if you want to temporarily minimize the chat window so you can view your plan more easily during the conversation, tap on the X at the top right of the chat window. You can tap on the Live Chat icon at any time to return to your conversation.
Your messages will be stored so you can return to them at any time. You can easily view your most recent messages by tapping on the Live Chat icon...
...or tap on Messages at the bottom of the Chat window to review all the conversations that you've had with us.
