Once you're finishing chatting to us, or if you want to temporarily minimize the chat window so you can view your plan more easily during the conversation, click on the X at the top right of the chat window. You can click on the Live Chat icon at any time to return to your conversation.
(In some cases you'll see an arrow at the bottom of the chat window - this minimizes it in the same way.)
Your messages will be stored so you can return to them at any time. You can easily view your most recent messages by clicking on the Live Chat icon...
...Or click on Messages at the bottom of the Chat window to review all the conversations that you've had with us.
