Tap on the year at the top of your Journal page.

The Timeline bars at the top of the page show colors to indicate weeks when you've made notes or recorded an activity: dark green for notes, light green for planting, blue for watering, purple for tending, and orange for harvesting. Tap on a Timeline bar to view your activity for any week.

Tap on the date then tap View Current Week to return to the current week.
