How to add season extenders to your plan

You can find greenhouses, hoop houses / polytunnels, cold frames and other season extenders among the Garden Objects. Click on the cube icon in the left-hand toolbar, then click on the 'Type' drop-down menu and select Season Extenders.

Scroll down or type the name of the season extender in the search box to find the one you need. Some objects have more than one variant. Click the down arrow to expand the options if this is indicated.

Place the item on top of your plants (or add it then add your plants), making sure all four corner 'handles' of each plant sits within the structure.

Your growing season will then be automatically extended for these plants, and they will be listed separately in the Plant List.

How to edit season extender settings

If you need to, you can edit how many weeks the season extender adjusts the growing season by in your plan's Settings. Click on the Settings button in your plan's toolbar.
