What is Insights?

Through Insights, HR or company leadership can gain clearer correlations and indicators of what seems to impact the results of your measurements. This includes insights into both your strengths and areas that show greater potential for improvement.

You can identify patterns based on individual measurements and target-specific messages and dynamic groups formed around shared opinions. For example, you can analyze correlations between employees who recommend your workplace as a group and those who don't, as another group. This allows you to see which strengths stand out positively and which areas indicate a need for improvement.


Employee Status

  • You can view the number of employees, regardless of team affiliation, who meet the criteria for the message.

  • It can be generated from responses to Pulse surveys and Focus Areas.

  • When data is available from both Pulse and Focus Areas, these are combined. For instance, if someone didn't answer during a pulse survey but responded to a Focus Area question later, their input will be included in the overall data.

  • Employee Status messages are based on measurements taken up to seven (7) months prior to the current date. If an employee answered the same question multiple times during this period, the most recent response is used in the data presentation.

Teams

  • Here, you can see the number of teams that the response group is part of. This helps users identify the distribution across individual teams based on the current message.

  • To the right of Teams, if enough data exists, you can observe an upward or downward shift. This is based on the two boxes next to it, a green and a red one. The green box shows employees who previously gave a low score on the question but later gave a very high score (9-10). The red box shows the opposite, employees who previously gave a high score but have since started answering much lower. This movement is based on all employees within the company, not just those included in the Employee Status message.

    Movement indicators are based on data going back up to 14 months.


Connect

Connect is designed to help those with Company Admin access identify correlations and clearer influencing factors based on Employee Status messages.

Through this feature, you can see correlations such as:

  • What the response group included in Employee Status collectively perceives as your workplace's strengths.

  • What the response group collectively perceives as areas with clear potential for improvement.

  • You can also view this on a Team level, showing which questions stand out positively or negatively, making it easier to identify team-specific areas for improvement and strengths.
