If you're an admin in Flourish, whether a Team Admin or a Company Admin, you can create Custom Chats where you decide what questions to ask and how to phrase them.
To do this, log in and click on "Chats" in the main menu, then select "Focus Areas." After that, click the blue "Create Custom" button in the top-right corner.
