The Flourish Chatbot is an approved Microsoft app and is available through the App Library in your Teams. To use Flourish through Teams, you need to have received an invitation with a personal code. Only an administrator at your employer can send this, and it will be sent either via SMS or email. You will be activated as soon as you enter your personal code into Flourish and receive a confirmation that the activation was successful.

Our chatbot is fully integrated into Teams, which means you never need to leave the Teams chat to respond to questions from Flourish or access other features.
