Change chat channel

The Flourish Chatbot is available in the following chat channels:

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Slack

  • Facebook Messenger

  • Workplace by Facebook

  • Google Chat

  • Flourish Chat (web chat via SMS or email notification)

If you are already activated in one of these channels as an employee but wish to change which chat channel you use to chat with Flourish, you will need to contact your manager or HR at your employer. You can then be re-entered into the system to register with the chat channel of your choice.
