Change chat channel

Are you not yet activated with Flourish Chatbot at all? Learn more here.


If you are activated with Flourish Chatbot, you can change which chat channel Flourish uses to communicate with you.

Follow the instructions below to switch chat channels:

  1. Go to the chat where you are currently communicating with Flourish Chatbot.

  2. Write or copy one of the texts below and send it in the chat channel you are currently active in.

Now Flourish will ask you which chat channel you want to switch to.

  1. Copy the code that is generated.

  2. Choose a new chat channel by clicking on one of the options. You should then be directed to the new chat in the selected channel.

  3. Paste and send the code you received. Once this is done, you should receive a message from Flourish Chatbot confirming that the switch has been completed.

How do I, who am activated in the Flourish web chat, switch to another chat channel?

  1. Log in to your Flourish Chat (you can access it via the link you received from Flourish by SMS or email), then click on the menu in the top-right corner (see the image below).

  2. Click on "Swap Channel," and then select the chat channel you want to switch to.

Note! When you do this, you will receive a new unique code. Copy it and send it to the Flourish Chatbot in the new chat channel you selected.
