The Figo Dashboard is the web environment where you can manage your organisation's mobility at Figo. It's where you invite employees, enable mobility products, set spending rules, manage allowances, run exports, and get insights into mobility usage, spend and optimizations.
The Dashboard is available at dashboard.figo.app and is admin-only. Employees without admin rights use the Mobility Center or the Figo app instead.
What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is one of three Figo environments:
Dashboard: web, for admins managing the organisation
Mobility Center: web, for employees managing their own mobility
Figo app: mobile (iOS & Android), for employees on the go
The Dashboard is web-only. As an admin, (depending on your organisational settings) you also have access to the Mobility Center and Figo app for your own personal mobility — your admin role doesn't replace your employee account.

What can you do in the Dashboard?
From the Dashboard you can:
Manage employees: invite, edit, group, and deactivate employees, and assign products
Enable and configure mobility products: NS Business Card, TravelCard, Greenwheels, Mywheels, Check, Mileage Registration & Fixed allowances
Set TravelCard spending rules: limits, spending categories, top-ups, and merchant restrictions
Manage allowances: fixed allowances, working-from-home compensation, commute allowances
Configure kilometer registration: commute distances, business trip rules, approval workflows
Run exports and reports: (custom) finance exports, HR exports, payroll-ready files
Set up and request integrations: HR systems and payroll administrations
Manage admin access: invite (super)admins and assign roles
View insights: spend, usage, outliers, private usage, mobility budgets and adoption across products and teams
Manage organisation settings: profile, email settings, notifications and invoicing details
Note: Anything you'd like to arrange that isn't configurable via the Dashboard can still be set up through Figo directly. Ask your account manager for more options, or reach out to support@figo.app.
Getting started
Activating your admin account
You already have a Figo account (as an employee) If you already use Figo and your organisation gives you (super)admin rights, you don't need to create a new account. Just log in at dashboard.figo.app with your existing credentials, your admin access will be available automatically.
You don't have a Figo account yet If you're invited as an (super)admin and don't have a Figo account yet, you'll need to create one first:
Go to the Dashboard signup page
Enter your work email address
Follow the steps to complete your registration
Once active, you can log in at dashboard.figo.app.
What to expect on first login
When you log in for the first time into the Figo Dashboard, you'll see:
A dashboard overview: all statuses and mobility activity at a glance, including spend, usage, and invited employees
Downloadable reports: standard and custom reports such as private usage tracking, emission reporting, top spenders, and more
The main navigation menu on the left: with all available mobility options. For products you haven't enabled yet, you'll see the option to activate them.
Insights per employee: mobility activity broken down by employee
Cost-saving suggestions: recommendations to help you save on mobility costs

Roles and access
The Dashboard is admin-only. Employees without admin rights cannot access it.
There are two role levels:
Superadmin: full access, including managing other admins, spending rules and management, and organisation settings. Typically held by owners, HR managers, or finance leads.
Admin: operational access (employees, products, exports). Cannot manage other admins or change billing details.
Both roles can be assigned to anyone in your organisation, owners, HR, finance, operations, or office managers.

Insights & Control
The Insights & control page after login. Shows your organisation status, recent activity, pending tasks, and quick links to common actions.
Employees
Invite new employees, edit their details, assign products, group them by team or cost center, and deactivate accounts when people leave the organisation.
Mobility products
Enable and configure each product your organisation uses:
NS Business Card — order cards, set who's eligible, manage card status
Travel Card — order cards, set spending rules, manage transactions
Shared Mobility: Check, Greenwheels & Mywheels — enable shared car & scooter access
Travel Card
A dedicated section for managing the Travel Card: cards, transactions, spending rules, reimbursements, and disputes.
Allowances
Set up and manage fixed allowances (working-from-home, fixed monthly amounts) and variable allowances (commute compensation).
Kilometer registration
Configure how employees register kilometers, commute distances, business trip rules, and approval workflows.
Exports & reports
Generate exports for finance and HR, transactions, allowances, kilometers, and payroll-ready files. Schedule recurring exports or run them ad-hoc.
Integrations
Connect your HR or payroll system to Figo. Synced data includes employees, cost centers, and allowances.
Organisation settings
