Figo is an all-in-one business mobility platform. As an admin or HR manager, you manage your organisation's mobility setup, from enabling products and configuring settings to inviting employees and overseeing usage.

What does Figo offer your organisation?

Depending on your contract with Figo, your organisation can provide employees with access to:

  • An NS Business Card
    Travel by train + bus, tram and metro on your employer's account. OV-Fiets and P+R parking is also available via the NS businesscard

  • Travel Card
    Digital First Corporate payment card wioh configurable spending rules

    for mobility expenses and international travel.

  • Shared Mobility
    Shared mobility such as cars or scooters for business trips.

  • Kilometer registration
    Trip logging and commute tracking

  • Fixed allowances
    Working from home registration compensation, and other fixed allowances.

Activate your admin account

Your admin account is set up by Figo when your organisation onboards. To activate it, go to

  1. Dashboard signup page

  2. Enter your work email address

  3. Follow the steps to complete your registration

Once your account is active, you can also access the Dashboard at dashboard.figo.app as an Admin or Superadmin.

How do you manage Figo?

As an (super)admin, you primarily work in the Dashboard. From here you can:

  • Invite and manage employees

  • Enable and configure mobility products

  • Set spending limits and Travel Card rules

  • Manage allowances and kilometer registration settings

  • Control access and admin roles

  • Create exports for data analyses and finance administration

  • Integrate with HR & salary administrations

  • Get insights on mobility spend & activity
