Figo is a business mobility platform. All accounts are linked to an employer. You cannot sign up independently. There are two types of accounts, each with their own apps and permissions.
Employee account
For employees who use Figo to manage their mobility. You get access to the Figo app in the app store or play store and Mobility Center (the web version).
Admin account
For HR managers, finance and administrators who manage employees and organisation settings. In addition to the Figo app and Mobility Center, admins also have access to the Dashboard. Figo distinguishes two types of admins:
Superadmin: full access, including managing other admins, spending rules and management, and organisation settings. Typically held by owners, HR managers, or finance leads.
Admin: operational access (employees, products, exports). Cannot manage other admins or change billing details.
Not sure which account you have?
If you were invited by your employer and only use Figo for your own mobility, you have an employee account. If you manage colleagues or handle settings for your organisation, you have an admin account.
All accounts are created via an invitation from your employer. Can't find your invitation? Contact your HR department.
