Assignment information within the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE) is organized within cards that is displayed beneath the Tasks and Announcement sections on the portal Home Page for any active assignment.
The number of cards that appear on the portal depend on the portal configuration. Currently that there are six (6) cards available.
The portal can be configured to allow particular cards to show or to not show. Some cards will not display on the portal, even when configured to show, because data for the card is not available. For example, [Earnings Statements] will not show if no statements exist. [Documents] and [Expense Reports] are always visible regardless if they have data and are configured to show so that employees can always add new information.
The Portal Card Configuration section on the Employee Experience tab allows administrators to edit certain attributes about the cards in MEE.
The Portal Card Configuration grid displays the cards that can be configured in the MEE. The following fields are shown:
Display Order - Identifies the order in which the card displays on the MEE, from top to bottom, on both the home screen and in the drop-down menu. Enter a new number to indicate its new order. If Display Order is left blank, a 1 will be automatically assigned to the card, and all subsequent cards will be renumbered to account for the new number 1 service. If a duplicate Display Order is entered, the duplicates will be renumbered to be adjacent to each other and account for missing sequence numbers, and all subsequent cards will be renumbered to account for the duplicate card.
Display on Home Screen – Identifies whether the card displays on the MEE home screen. When checked, the card displays on the home screen.
Default Icon - When an icon is selected, it will add an icon to the card in the Home screen.
Card Title - The title of the card in the MEE.
Inactive - Identifies whether the card displays on the MEE. When checked, the card will not display anywhere on the MEE.
Use the Display on Home Screen field along with the Inactive checkbox to control where the card displays on the MEE:
