Custom Fields (CFs) are used for tracking additional data points within the Equus Platform. These fields may be used to assist clients with Assignment processes and procedures or other areas outside of the Assignment. They may be reported on or used for onscreen widgets, checklists and quick workflows.
Individual custom fields are either available for configuration at the system level or at the company level. The custom fields used for requests in the Equus Platform can now be used for the request forms on the Mobile Employee Experience.
There are 4 different types of custom fields: Number, Money, Date and Text and there are a pre-defined number of custom fields that already exist in the system.
Note that custom fields can only be configured towards the bottom of a screen, though they can be divided into different screen sections.
