How to place a custom field on the screen relative to other existing fields

Custom fields are placed in the screens via the Edit Placement and Grid Placement sections

The fields in the Edit Placement section is used to determine where to place the field on the Equus Platform screen relative to other existing fields. Check the Show box for the field to appear on the screen. Enter the optional Row Placement and Column Placement values to define the layout of each field on the screen.

Note that the Row Placement value applies within a Section but the Column Placement value applies across all Sections.

For example, Policy Verified appears in the first row, of the first section and in the third column.

The fields in the Grid Placement section is used to determine where to place the field on any grid summary sections in the Equus Platform. Similar to edit placement, check the Show box for the field to appear on the screen. Enter the optional Row Placement and Column Placement values to define the layout of each field on a grid.

Here is an example of the Request History screen with the email address custom field appearing in the grid.

This custom field also appears in the View Request pop-up window.
