All Custom Fields can be amended including edited from the system.
Note, prior to editing or deleting any fields, please take into consideration any User Reports that may be linked to the data. When a Custom Field is deleted from the system, the information associated with field cannot be brought back.
To edit/delete a Custom Field find the required field using the same step for creating/exposing a new custom field and click on the pencil icon.
Next, amend the record according to your requirements by clicking the
and make sure to click
for the changes to reflect.
When the
is clicked, data in any of the editable fields on Custom Field screen will be wiped from the system. The custom field itself remains in the system and can be reused.
The "deleted" custom field will no longer be visible on the Equus Platform screen because all fields are reset to default settings. Any values in the custom fields will no longer appear on screen too.
