Why is my receipt not registered?

  • If not all neccessary fields on your receipt is registered correctly

  • The receipt is not valid.

We accept receipts, order confirmations and agreements . If you have an order confirmation you can take a photo of the first page of your order confirmation.

Please make sure to include all of the following in your photo of the receipt!

  • Store

  • Product(s)

  • Date of purchase
