How does cashback work?

When you buy a product included in the campaign, register your receipt on the Enginio platform and complete the registration by filling out your chosen payout method you will receive a set amount of cashback on your purchase.

Where is my cashback?

Depending on what bank or card holder that you have the cashback payout can vary. Therefore it is difficult to give an estimation or an exact date when you will receive the payment. For this campaign the cashback is paid out earliest 7 banking days after receiving the approved registration email. Through our bank partner we are able to send you a cashback confirmation which states the cashback reference, date, payout reference and transaction ID that can be used to track the transaction with your bank if needed.

What payout methods are available?

The available payout method for this campaign is bank account payment. Usually it takes a couple of days extra when choosing bank account payout as that process is a bit longer.

What happens if any error occurs with the payout?

In rare occasions our bank partner might run into issues when trying to payout to your bank. It can for example be due to that the receiving bank might deny the incoming transaction, the card is too close to expiring or the wrong information might have been filled out when you registered for the cashback. In these cases we might have to collect the payout information from you again either by sending a new payout link that you can fill in or through collecting your IBAN or account number to push the payout through again.

Is it safe to give out my payout information?

We understand that giving out your personal bank credentials is considered sensitive information and might be worrying to some. Therefore we would like to calm you by informing you that your information is safely collected by our bank partner that verifies you as a user and does not save the information in their system once payout is completed.
