How to register your product
in order to take part in the cashback campaign you need to go in and register the serial and model number of your machine in the registration process.
By taking a photo or uploading it our system automatically recognizes the numbers which will appear beneath the picture.
Where do I find the silver plate?
You will find your serial and model number on the back of your robot mower on the attached silver plate.
The serial number starts with a S/N and usually entails 14 characters with both letters and digits in it. The model number starts with a letter and is followed by a number of digits as well for example A 1000.

If you are experiencing issues with the registration
In case the photo scanner was not able to recognize the right numbers or pick up the correct informatiton you might need to follow one of the below tips.
Take a new photo with better closeup of the silver plate
Make sure the the photo is not blurry and that all digits are visible
Correct the picked up numbers by filling them out manually instead
Try uploading a picture with another format
Check if the bought product on top of the page is correct
