In order to successfully submit your request, we ask you to make sure you have the following documents with you:
- An electronic copy of the proof of purchase, where you can clearly see the date of purchase, the model of the machine purchased and the name of the retailer or dealer
- A picture of the silver ID label on the machine: the model name or article number and the serial number should be indicated
- A valid email address, where you will be notified of all updates related to your request
