I Paid for 24-Hour Shipping but My Order Is Late. What Can I Do?

We understand how frustrating this can be — especially if you selected a faster shipping option.

First: Check the Dispatch Date

All records on elasticStage are manufactured on-demand before they ship.

The 24-hour or 48-hour service applies after your order has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed.

Please check:

  • Your estimated dispatch date (in your order confirmation email)

  • Your tracking link (once dispatched)

If today is before the dispatch date, your order is still in production.

What Does 24-Hour Shipping Mean?

The 24-hour service refers to the target delivery timeframe provided by the postal service once the parcel has entered their network.

While this is typically reliable, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Common Reasons for Delays

  • High seasonal volumes (e.g. Christmas)

  • Weather disruption

  • Local delivery backlogs

  • Customs processing (international orders)

What Should I Do Now?

If your tracking shows movement, we recommend allowing an additional 1–2 working days for delivery.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel appears to be stalled, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking link.

We’ll investigate with the carrier and advise on the next steps.
