You can track your order once it has been dispatched.
Because all records are produced on-demand, every order has an estimated dispatch date before it ships.
1. Check Your Estimated Dispatch Date
Before placing your order, you’ll see an estimated dispatch date based on current production timelines. This date is also included in your order confirmation email.
If today’s date is before your estimated dispatch date, your order is still in production and no action is needed.
2. When Your Order Ships
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:
Your tracking link
Shipping confirmation
Please note that tracking links may take a short time to activate after dispatch.
3. What If My Order Hasn’t Shipped Yet?
If your order has not been dispatched by the estimated date:
We’ll send you an update the day after the estimated dispatch date
If it is still pending, we’ll send another update after 5 days
As soon as your order ships, you’ll automatically receive your tracking details.
4. My Tracking Says “In Customs”
If your tracking shows that your parcel is being processed by customs, this means it is being handled by the destination country’s customs authority.
Customs clearance can take up to 14 business days, depending on the country.
During this stage, we have limited visibility. For the most accurate updates, we recommend contacting your local postal service or customs office directly.
