Can I change or cancel my order on elasticStage?

Because elasticStage operates a fully automated on-demand production system, changes and cancellations are very limited.


Can I Cancel My Order?

All vinyl records and CDs are manufactured individually once an order is placed.

Production begins shortly after order confirmation. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

This applies to:

  • Fan purchases

  • Test Records

  • Bulk orders


Can I Change My Shipping Address?

In some cases, we may be able to update your shipping address only if:

  • The order has not yet been dispatched, and

  • The new address is within the same country

If you need to request an address update, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include your order ID.

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping details can no longer be changed.


Can I Change My Order After It’s Been Placed?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes such as:

  • Updating the quantity

  • Combining it with another order

  • Editing or changing the products

  • Changing the format (vinyl/CD)

This is because our fulfilment process is automated and begins shortly after checkout.


Creators: What If I Need to Fix Audio or Artwork?

If you notice an issue with your audio, artwork, or metadata after ordering a Test Record, you will need to:

  • Create a new version of your Release using the Clone method

  • Lock the updated version

  • Order a new Test Record

Any order already in production will still be completed and shipped.


Important

elasticStage manufactures each vinyl record and CD individually. This allows you to order just one copy with no minimum quantities — but it also means orders cannot be paused, altered, or cancelled once production begins.
