Because this is a joint integration, support responsibilities are shared between elasticStage and SoundCloud.
What Does elasticStage Support?
elasticStage handles all order-related issues, including:
Shipping and delivery questions
Vinyl or CD production quality concerns
Playback issues (skips, noise, pressing defects)
Damaged or incorrect items
If your issue relates directly to a physical order, our support team will be happy to assist.
What Does SoundCloud Support?
SoundCloud handles all account and platform-related issues, including:
Your SoundCloud account access
Access to the vinyl upload tool
Waitlist status
Dashboard or profile issues
Sales Reporting for SoundCloud Releases
Sales data for SoundCloud releases is currently available via your SoundCloud for Artists earnings statements.
To access this:
Go to your SoundCloud for Artists dashboard
Navigate to Earnings > Statements
Download your monthly CSV statement
Real-time sales reporting via SoundCloud is not yet available but is planned for future updates.
Can I Move or Link Releases Between Accounts?
It is not currently possible to move or link releases between different accounts.
If you would like full control over your release setup, you can create a new release directly within your elasticStage account.
