How does the academy work?
The academy provides a centralized place for you to manage your learning content and participants.
The academy allows additional admin roles if you need to restrict what certain admins can view. For more information, read about different roles for administrators.
Why the academy?
A significant benefit of the academy is that participants can access all of their courses and exams from a fully branded portal. From their portal, they can view the status of their assigned content, results, and certificates.
The academy offers numerous styling options, including the addition of a logo and the selection of fonts. Make your participants feel at home by customizing the academy and using your own domain.

Multiple academies
All our plans include one academy by default, but you can always purchase more!
By adding multiple academies, you can:
Create a branded learning environment for each client so your participants feel at home.
Separate academies by location and language, making it easier for you to manage participants.
Separate the results of each academy so you spend less time making progress reports.
Repurpose your learning content in each academy to standardize your training process.
Assign admins to manage one or more academies to delegate tasks while protecting your participants’ data.
Multiple academy pricing
We use a tiered pricing model for multiple academies. This means the monthly cost per additional academy decreases as you purchase more:
2nd to 5th academy €20
6 and above €10
Example
Each of your 12 clients needs their own academy. Our Basic and Advanced plans come with one academy per plan, so you need 11 extra. In this example, the additional costs would be:
4 academies (5 total) at €20/$24 = €80/$96 per month
7 academies (12 total) at €10/$12 = €70/$84 per month
Total of 11 additional academies = €150/$180 per month
