🚲 Reactivating Your Account: Resolving an Outstanding Balance

If your account has been temporarily suspended, don't worry! This usually happens because there is an outstanding balance on your profile. Rest assured, getting back on the road is quick and easy.

All you need to do is update your payment information in the app. Once your balance is cleared, your account will automatically be restored.

💳 How to Update Your Payment Method

Follow these simple steps to update your card details and unpause your account:

  • Open the app and tap your Profile Icon (located in the top right corner) if you are on the map screen.

  • Open the profile tab.

  • Select your current Payment Method.

  • Tap the Update button at the bottom of the screen.

  • Enter your new card details and save.

What happens next? As soon as your new payment info is saved, our system will automatically attempt to clear the outstanding balance. Once successful, your account will reactivate right away so you can get back to riding!

⚠️ Common Troubleshooting

We know that payment hiccups can be frustrating. If you run into any issues while updating your card, try these quick tips:

  • Connection Issues: If the app is having trouble saving your new card, try switching off Wi-Fi and using your phone's cellular data instead. A weak Wi-Fi signal can sometimes interrupt secure payment processing.

  • Switch off any VPN apps.

  • Card Declined: If your new card is still being declined, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider. They will be able to tell you if there is a temporary hold or restriction preventing the transaction from going through.
