How does DepenSys reflect direct and indirect care?

For each individual resident, and hence for any given group of residents and the whole home, the DepenSys calculations allow sufficient time for direct and indirect care. 'Supernumerary hours' for managerial tasks over and above those associated with the delivery of direct care are in addition to the hours suggested by DepenSys.
