Click on ‘Home Units’ from the menu to get to the following screen, then click on ‘Add Unit’:
Key point: there has to be at least one unit defined to enter the number of beds and admit residents
Complete the details in the box that appears and press ‘save’. This step can be repeated for each unit in the home, e.g. Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor. If the home is not divided into units, enter a suitable name such as ‘Whole Home’.
